   2. By booking any of our courses online, and checking the accept box, you accept these terms and conditions. You can find the terms and conditions on our website.
   3. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Please check our website for the latest version of the terms that apply.

Booking & registration

1. 1. On our website you find an overview of the course we teach. By clicking on the “I want it” button, we direct you to the checkout page. All the details of the course, including dates, location and price, are stated on the home page.
   2. All prices mentioned on our website are VAT included, unless determined otherwise.

Confidentiality and data protection

1. 1. Your privacy is important to us. Any confidential and/or personal data (such as, email address, company data) you share with us will only be used for the purpose of the course. It will not be shared with third parties (except if necessary for the course or with your prior approval).
   2. Please respect the confidentiality of any information shared in class, whether by the trainers or any of the participants of the course. Growth Hacking Academy and its trainers will keep confidential any confidential information shared by the participants in class

Intellectual property rights

1. 1. As an attendee of the course you (and/or your employer) shall not obtain any right to the course materials. These materials may also not be shared in any way. If any course content would be shared, we may deny you further access to the course and/or the online learning environment. It is strictly forbidden to use any of our content (slides, reading list, exercises) for commercial growth hacking training/services/workshops.

Cancellation and no show policy

1. 1. You have a statutory term of 15 days to cancel your booking without charge. This term starts from the date of the online booking.
   2. If you don’t show up (e.g. if you are ill), you will get access to the materials. There shall be no refund.
   3. In the unlikely event Growth Hacking Academy has to cancel the course you booked, we will inform you in due course and you may attend the next course that fits your schedule. In case you do not wish to attend the course on a new date, we will reimburse you the amount paid for the course you booked.
   4. Growth Hacking Academy will pay any refunds under this clause within 30 days of a refund request.

Complaints

1. 1. In case you have a complaint about our course or a trainer, you can submit a complaint according to our complaints procedure.

Applicable law and court

1. 1. Greek law is applicable.
